Shirley Ann Eickhoff

Funeral services for Shirley Eickhoff, 67, Dawson formerly of Madelia, will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 10:30 am at Zion Lutheran Church, Lewisville, MN with Rev. Brian Thorson officiating. Interment will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery-South Branch, rural St. James, MN. Shirley died on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Dawson ICF in Dawson, MN. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services in the church. Shirley Ann Eickhoff was born on December 27, 1947 in Fairmont, MN to Floyd and Cordelia (Wiederhoeft) Eickhoff. She was baptized at Zion Lutheran Church, Lewisville. At the age of 5, Shirley moved to the state hospital in Shakopee, MN. She later moved to the state hospital in Faribault. Shirley moved to the state hospital in St. Peter. She moved to Core in Madelia and later to Dawson, MN. Shirley loved her music, greeting cards and Dr. Pepper. Shirley is survived by her step mother, Lillie Eickhoff, St. James, MN; one sister, Dorene (Jerry) Seeman, Amboy, MN; Charles Eickhoff, Lewisville, MN, Daryl (Marlene) Eickhoff, Estherville, IA; one step-brother, Mike (Karla) Wendt, Mountain Lake, MN; one step-sister Sheryl Wendt, St. James, MN; brother-in-law, Howard Culbertson; sister-in-law, Deb Hansen, Blue Earth, MN; two step brothers-in-law, Loren Johnson, Winsted, MN, Arlen Karau, Lake Crystal, MN; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Darlene Culbertson; one brother, Robert Eickhoff; step-sisters, Roxie Johnson and Mickey Karau.
