Eileen Ruth Burrows

Eileen Ruth Swant was born August 22, 1932 in Guckeen, MN the daughter of Owen and Ruth (Hall) Swant.  She was raised in Guckeen, graduating from Blue Earth High School in 1950.  She was married to Marvin Burrows on June 1, 1956 in Jackson, MN.  She was a manager and co-owner of Burrows Printing and Office Supply Co. in Fairmont, MN for 24 years. Eileen passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Talahi Senior Care Center in St. Cloud She is survived by her husband, Marvin of Elk River, MN, son Mark (Paula) Burrows of Big Lake, MN, daughter, Ruth (Larry) Moldan of Sleepy Eye, MN, daughter, Beth Burrows and special friend Dave Norris of Mankato, MN, brother, Elvin (Miryam) Swant of Owatonna, sisters, Evelyne (Homer) Bell of Guckeen, MN, Betty Swant of Winnebago, MN, Ellen Matteson of Frostproof, FL, 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, infant sister.
