Lillie Clarice DeBoer

Lillie Clarice Phelan was born on April 2, 1927 to Thomas Levi and Rebecca Louise Jane "Kate? (Mensch) Phelan in Cincinnati, Arkansas. She attended school in Cincinnati. She grew up in Arkansas and New Mexico. On August 31, 1944 Lillie was united in marriage to Warren DeBoer in Fayetteville, AR. They moved to the Fairmont, MN shortly after their marriage and remained there for the remainder of her life. Lillie enjoyed drawing, painting, quilting and crocheting. Lillie died on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at the Fairmont Medical Center-Mayo Health Systems. Lillie is survived by daughters, Janice McBrayer (Tim), Sharon Fenlason (Dick); sons, Ronald and Cecil; 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Warren; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
