Virginia Lee Murphey

Virginia Lee Redder was born on January 13, 1957 in Fairmont, MN to Norbert and Mildred (Breitbarth) Redder. She graduated from Truman High School in 1975. Ginger was married to Michael Murphey and lived in Texas and Wyoming. They later divorced. Ginger moved back to Truman in 1993. She had various jobs in the area and was currently working at Cougar Run 1. Ginger loved gardening and cooking. Virginia died on Thursday, February 2, 2012 in Truman as a result of an automobile accident. Ginger is survived by three daughters, Sarah Murphey (special friend, Brandon Bahr) of Pequot Lakes, MN, Rachel Pettersen (Barry) of Spearfish, SD, Elisabeth Murphey (special friend, Guy Zastrow) of Truman; one son, Matthew Murphey (special friend, Miranda Ziemer) of Fairmont; 6 grandchildren; one sister, Rebecca Stone (Jim), Dallas, TX; two brothers, Alan Redder (Lois), Laramie, WY, Steven Redder of Truman; and one niece and nephew. Ginger was preceded in death by her parents.
