Arthur Baarts was born on August 8, 1936 in Truman, MN to Elmer and Viola Weiske Baarts. He attended school in Truman. He married Betty Louise Keltgen on July 2, 1970 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Truman. Mr. Baarts died on Monday, March 17, 2008 at Immanuel St. Joseph-Mayo Health Systems, Mankato, MN. Arthur is survived by one brother, Larry Baarts and his wife Bonnie of Northrop, MN.
