Harold Benjamin Carl Loeslin

January 19, 1913 — September 13, 2006

Harold Benjamin Carl Loeslin was born on January 19, 1913 at Radium, in Marshall County Minnesota to Wilhelm and Wilhelmina (Zinke) Loeslin. He was baptized March 3, 1913. The family moved to a farm near Ceylon, Minnesota in 1920. Harold attended St. Paul's Lutheran School in Wilbert and was confirmed in 1927. He then attended Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota, graduating in 1931. After graduation, Harold farmed the home place until his retirement. In 1970, Harold married Anne Marie Rehtus at the Church Of The Master in Phoenix, Arizona. They spent the summers on the farm in Minnesota and the winters in Arizona. Anne Marie died September 22, 1988. Harold was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Laymens League. He enjoyed collecting old farm machinery and rocks. Harold is survived by his brother-in-law Ed Nolte of Edina, Minnesota, many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; brother, Alvin; and four sisters, Wilhelmina Gellert, Malinda Milow, Emma Nolte, Hulda Loeslin in infancy, and other relatives and friends.
