Ramona Marie Clow

Funeral services for Ramona Clow, 75, Truman, MN, will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Truman, on Saturday, May 21st, 2005 at 10:00 am with Rev. Nathan Rusert officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery. Mrs. Clow died Wednesday morning, May 18th, 2005 at the Fairmont Medical Center-MHS. Visitation will be at Zaharia Family Funeral and Cremation Service of Truman on Friday evening from 4-7:00 pm and one hour before the services in the church. Ramona Marie Selberg was born on June 2nd, 1929, in Ledyard, IA to Henry and May (Lutter) Selberg. She attended country school at Grant Township, IA. After graduation from High School she graduated from Mankato Business College and worked for Northwest Airlines. Ramona worked as an operator for the telephone company in Fairmont, MN. On August 6th, 1955, she married Roy J. Clow, "Sig? in Ledyard, IA. They farmed near Ledyard until 1966 when they moved to their current residence and farmed until retiring in 1992. Ramona was an active member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Truman. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing cards with family and friends, flower gardening, bird watching and reading. Ramona is survived by her husband, Sig of rural Truman; one daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Jim Waterbury of Fairmont; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ron and Lisa Clow of Cannon Falls, MN and Brian and Heidi Clow of Truman; one daughter-in-law, Sandy Clow of Lewisville, MN; four grandchildren, Elliott and Allison Waterbury, Ben Clow and Josie Clow; two sisters, Violet Pedersen of Ledyard, IA and Norma Wittkopp of Portland, OR; four sisters-in-law, Bonnie Grefe, Elaine Armstrong and her husband Larry, Allene Clow, all of Truman, MN, JoAnn Grani, Pomona, CA; two brothers-in-law, Jim Payne, Truman, MN and Virgil Hammerschmidt, New Ulm, MN and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Cary; one sister, Ruth, three sisters-in-law and five brothers-in-law.
