James Eugene Jahnke

Funeral services for James E. Jahnke, 46, of Sherburn, Minnesota will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2003, at Olson-Zaharia Funeral Home in Fairmont. Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Fairmont. James died Thursday, January 1, 2004, at his home in rural Sherburn. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. James Eugene Jahnke, the son of Myron and Jeannie Jahnke, was born March 24, 1957, at Winnebago, Minnesota. He grew up in rural Welcome and graduated from Sherburn High School in 1977. James spent his entire life living with his parents, working and helping with day to day living. He is survived by his mother, Jeannie Jahnke of Sherburn, Minnesota; two sisters, Marie England and her husband, Roger of Armstrong, Iowa and Mary Rich of Truman, Minnesota; one brother, Kenneth Jahnke and his wife, Linda of Walters, Minnesota; many nieces and nephews. James was preceded in death by his father, one sister, Betty and his grandparents.
