Virginia Jean Dibble was born on February 11, 1927 in Fairmont, MN to Henry and Elizabeth (Miller) Dibble. She attended school in Fairmont. On December 28, 1944 Virginia was united in marriage to Harold Nelson Bissonette in Fairmont. They made their home in Granada until Harold’s death in 1988. In 2006, Virginia entered the Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmont. Mrs. Bissonette died on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at the Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmont.

Virginia is survived by one daughter, Shirley Bissonette, Fairmont; five sisters, Dora Kusick, Mankato, Janet Bullard, Rheinlander, WI, Delores (Melvin) Hutchison, Fairmont, Mary Ann Malliet, Middleton, WI, Elizabeth (Russell) Wilkins, Cedar Rapids, IA and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four brothers, Walter, George, Frank and John.

Memorial contributions may be given to Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmont.
