John Zaharia has been involved in Funeral Service
since 1991. He obtained his degree from Mid-America
College of Funeral Service in Jeffersonville, IN in
1995. Since then, he has worked with various funeral
homes as an Apprentice, Funeral Director, Manager, and
finally Owner. John is extremely dedicated to the Funeral
Business, and strives to give the best possible service
to every family he serves.
Besides working as a Funeral Director, John is involved
in many community activities: Truman Lions Club,
Fairmont Chamber of Commerce – Bureau 14, Truman Volunteer
Fire Department, Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center Foundation Board and Truman Commercial Club.

Teresa S. Zaharia

Teresa Zaharia received her Accounting Degree from
Moorhead State University in 1993. Since then, she has
obtained her CPA and CMA designations, as well as her
Insurance License. She has worked in various fields
before coming to the funeral business. She is responsible
for the accounting for both Zaharia Family locations,
as well as selling preneed insurance for funerals.
Besides working as an Accountant/Insurance Agent, Teresa is a member of Lydia Circle at Trinity Lutheran Church, and a member of the Fairmont Early Childhood Initiative.
